Q. What if I have an injury?

A. TAZFIT can work with clients with a wide range of injuries. Talk with our professional staff so we can work with your individual needs and create a program that will work for you.

Q. What if I don't know how to exercise?

A. TAZFIT has programs for all ages and abilities. For example, if you are new to fitness, we have a Beginners Bootcamp which starts slowly and offers safe, low intensity exercises.

 Q. What if I'm nervous to have a male trainer?

A. TAZFIT Director Dan has helped many females achieve their goals and he adopts a professional, supportive, non-judgemental approach which enables clients to be comfortable in a gender neutral capacity. 

 Q. What if I can't afford bootcamp/PT?

A. TAZFIT has a range of options to meet your budget. Contact us to book in for a PT session to discuss.

Q. What if I'm not fit enough?

A. TAZFIT can provide a program to cater to any level of fitness, age or weight. Our screening process allows you to perform suitable exercises matched to your capability to ensure safety and adequate progression.

Q. What should I wear?

A. Training attire ie joggers and loose fitting clothing that you are comfortable to train in. It's all about the exercise, not what you wear or how you look.

Q. What is the training environment?

A. Bootcamp operates during Indoors during Winter and Outdoors during Summer.

Q. How can I get control over my bad eating habits?

A. TAZFIT has developed a unique nutrition system specifically geared for weightloss and training performance and recovery. Book in for a Free PT session to discuss.

Q. What if I don't have time?

A. TAZFIT Bootcamp has six available sessions per week. PT is also available throughout the week. You may attend PT once a month and exercise from a customised home routine that is results driven. Sit down with us and we can help you develop a plan to become healthier.

Q. I'm not used to group training or feel uncomfortable training with people I don't know. How can I overcome this so I can get involved.

A. TAZFIT supports everyone equally. There is a high level of skill and experience implemented in our support structure for our clients. You will feel like you had always been there from the beginning.
